ABOUT ME!
Dakota Krouse is a performing artist currently studying musical theater at Oberlin College. Dakota’s performing journey started back at his middle school and he has continued to grow and train through high school, at masterclasses, summers with Papermill Playhouse and NYU Tisch, as well as classes and audition preparation with MTCA.
Through these opportunities Dakota has gotten to work with amazing artists including Mark Hoebee, Alex Sanchez, Barry McNabb, Gary Q. Lewis, Leo Ash Evans, Victoria Bussert, Christopher Chase Carter.
Before honing in solely on performing Dakota played sports all his life, and he brings this same dedication and tenacity to every rehearsal, class, audition, and performance. Whether he’s making the audience laugh playing Willard Hewitt in Footloose, a scrappy strike leader in Jack Kelly, a father figure in Gomez Addams, or Mike Costa a hungry performer from NJ, Dakota will tackle each character with the same precision and detail that a quarterback uses to run the offense.
